Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. HB 148 HOUSE BILL NO. 148 "An Act relating to service areas in second class boroughs; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time Senator Meyer, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the State Affairs Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 950. Senator Wielechowski, Acting Minority Leader, objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 148(STA) "An Act relating to service areas in second class boroughs; relating to a municipal tax exemption or deferral for economic development property; relating to a municipal tax exemption for a fire protection system; and providing for an effective date" was adopted. Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
