Pursuant to adjournment the Senate was called to order by President                                                             
Kelly at 10:00 a.m. The Senate was convened for the purpose of a                                                                
technical session.                                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
Senators Coghill, Costello, Dunleavy, Egan, Hughes, MacKinnon,                                                                  
Olson, Stedman, Wilson, Kelly were present for the technical session.                                                           
Senators Gardner, Wielechowski were excused from a call of the

Under the authority of Article II, Section 9, and Article III, Section 17,                                                      
Constitution of the State of Alaska, and in the public interest, I am                                                           
supplementing my proclamation of June 16, 2017, calling the Thirtieth                                                           
Legislature of the State of Alaska into its second special session at                                                           
Juneau, Alaska, on June 16, 2017, with the addition of the following                                                            
bill:                                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
     1. SCS CSHB 111(FIN) - credits against the oil and gas                                                                     
          production tax.
