CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 80(ENE) "An Act adopting the Municipal                                                                    
Property Assessed Clean Energy Act; authorizing municipalities to                                                               
establish programs to impose assessments for energy improvements in                                                             
regions designated by municipalities; imposing fees; and providing for                                                          
an effective date" was read the second time.                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Senator MacKinnon, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent                                                                   
for the adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered                                                             
on page 523. Senator Wielechowski, Acting Minority Leader,                                                                      
objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further                                                                   
objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 80(FIN)
