Without objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall HOUSE BILL NO. 78 "An Act establishing the second Monday of October of each year as Indigenous Peoples Day" pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: HB 78 Third Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 18 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Begich, Bishop, Coghill, Costello, Dunleavy, Egan, Giessel, Hoffman, Hughes, MacKinnon, Meyer, Micciche, Olson, Stedman, Stevens, von Imhof, Wielechowski, Wilson Nays: Kelly Excused: Gardner and so, HOUSE BILL NO. 78 passed the Senate, was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House. HB 80 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 80(ENE) "An Act adopting the Municipal Property Assessed Clean Energy Act; authorizing municipalities to establish programs to impose assessments for energy improvements in regions designated by municipalities; imposing fees; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time. Senator MacKinnon, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 523. Senator Wielechowski, Acting Minority Leader, objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 80(FIN) was adopted. Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
