Senator Meyer, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                 
adoption of the State Affairs Senate Committee Substitute offered on                                                            
page 660. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection.                                                                
There being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE
