Senator Egan offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 14, line 9, following "ordinance": Insert "; (3) a contract, lease, or other arrangement entered into by a municipality with a transportation network company for use of an international airport owned or operated by the municipality; a contract, lease, or other arrangement under this paragraph must be consistent with AS 28.23" Senator Egan moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Egan moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 3. Senator Micciche objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 3 be adopted?"
