REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES The Community & Regional Affairs Committee reviewed the qualifications of the following and recommends the appointments be forwarded to a joint session for consideration: Bradley Pickett William Westover as members of the State Assessment Review Board. The report was signed by Representatives Zulkosky and Parish, Co- chairs; and Representatives Rauscher, Lincoln, Talerico, and Saddler. The Health & Social Services Committee reviewed the qualifications of the following and recommends the appointment be forwarded to a joint session for consideration: Dr. Catherine Hyndman as a member of the State Medical Board. The report was signed by Representative Spohnholz, Chair; and Representatives Tarr, Zulkosky, Sullivan-Leonard, Kito, and Eastman. HB 41 The Finance Committee considered:
