And so, SB 28 passed the House.                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll                                                             
call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the                                                              
effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                            
                                                                                                                                
SB 28 was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk, and returned to the

The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following, which was                                                            
held from the May 16 calendar (page 1463), would be moved to the
