Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS                                                                  
CSSB 37(RLS) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading,

unanimous consent to discharge the following from the Judiciary

    "An Act authorizing a municipality to adopt an ordinance                                                                    
    prohibiting the use of cellular telephones while driving in school
