Representative Tuck moved that the appropriations from the constitutional budget reserve fund (Article IX, Section 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska) be adopted. Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent to be excused from voting. Objection was heard, and she was required to vote. The question being: "Shall the House adopt the constitutional budget reserve fund appropriations?"
