IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." HCS CSSB 23(FIN) am H was automatically in third reading. Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that debate be limited to two minutes per member. Representative Millett objected. Representative LeDoux rose to a point of order.
