Full Journal pdf2017-05-16 House Journal Page 1458 SB 100 The following, which not taken up from the May 15 calendar (page 1429), was read the third time: HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 100(RLS) "An Act relating to municipal liens; relating to service areas in second class boroughs; relating to a municipal tax exemption or deferral for economic development property; relating to a municipal tax exemption for a fire protection system; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall HCS SB 100(RLS) pass the House?" Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS SB 100(RLS) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
