(HCR 16 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Drummond: Page 1, line 4 (title amendment): Delete "and" Page 1, line 5, following "product": Insert "; and providing for an effective date" Page 8, following line 6: Insert a new bill section to read: "* Sec. 12. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c)." Representative Drummond moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 3, line 12: Delete "marijuana control board and the" Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Wilson objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?"
