The Speaker removed the Judiciary Committee referral and added a                                                                
State Affairs Committee referral for the following:                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 21                                                                                               
    Urging the federal government to respect previous federal                                                                   
    guidance on marijuana policy; and urging the federal government                                                             
    not to interfere in state marijuana policy.                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
HJR 21 was removed from the Judiciary Committee and referred to                                                                 
the State Affairs Committee.  The bill was reprinted today.
