Full Journal pdf2018-04-23 House Journal Page 3418 HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 31 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 37, relating to the Board of Pharmacy; relating to the licensing of certain entities and inspection of certain facilities located outside the state; relating to drug supply chain security; and creating a position of executive administrator for the Board of Pharmacy. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall HCR 31 pass the House?" SECOND READING OF SENATE RESOLUTIONS SJR 4 The following was read the second time: CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 4(RES) Urging the United States Congress to pass legislation providing for the exemption of legally acquired walrus, mammoth, and mastodon ivory from laws that ban the sale, use, and possession of ivory.
