Representative Stutes moved and asked unanimous consent to be                                                                   
removed as prime sponsor and add the House Transportation                                                                       
Committee as prime sponsor to the following:

    HOUSE BILL NO. 51                                                                                                           
    "An Act relating to the regulation of wastewater discharge from                                                             
    small commercial passenger vessels in state waters; and providing                                                           
    for an effective date."                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, it was so ordered.  HB 51 was reprinted                                                               
today.
