The Speaker removed the Resources Committee referral and added a                                                                
Transportation Committee referral for the following:

     HOUSE BILL NO. 51                                                                                                          
     "An Act relating to the regulation of wastewater discharge from                                                            
     small commercial passenger vessels in state waters; and providing                                                          
     for an effective date."                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
HB 51 was referred to the Transportation Committee with a further                                                               
referral to the Finance Committee.  The bill was reprinted today.
