Representative Wool moved and asked unanimous consent that his                                                                  
name be added as prime sponsor to the following:                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 176                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to medical assistance reimbursement for ground                                                             
    emergency medical transportation services; and providing for an                                                             
    effective date."
