    "An Act relating to the renewal of a license involving alcoholic                                                            
    beverages; relating to the renewal and transfer of ownership of a                                                           
    beverage dispensary license or restaurant or eating place license;                                                          
    and relating to issuance of an outdoor recreation lodge license in a

Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent to                                                                     
abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest.  Objection was                                                           
heard, and he was required to vote.
