Chapter No. 18, SLA 2018 [Effective Date: July 1, 2018] As passed by the Legislature, the bill contains operating and capital appropriations for fiscal year 2019, totaling $245.8 million, including $195.7 million in unrestricted general funds, $30.6 million in designated general funds and $19.5 million in other fund sources. I am committed to a responsible budget that provides for essential mental health services to the public. I am encouraged to see that the legislature shares this vision and has funded the FY2019 comprehensive mental health program contained in this bill.
