The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. The Senate adopted the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report May 12. CCS HB 286 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and enrollment. HB 285 Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the House waive Uniform Rule 42 for the limited purpose of including approval of bargaining agreements for certain public employees of the State of Alaska and appropriations adopted as fiscal notes.
