Amendment No. 1 to Amendment No. 14 was offered by Representatives Millett and Reinbold: Under Page 16, following line 15: Delete "72 hours" Insert "30 days" Following "start of travel": Insert "unless the failure to attend is due to no fault of the patient" Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 to Amendment No. 14 be adopted.
