Amendment No. 62 was offered by Representative Tilton: Page 18, following line 25: Insert new material to read: "It is the intent of the legislature that the Division of Public Assistance first pursue opportunities for third-party assistance to help reduce the backlog in applications using available resources before adding new permanent full-time positions." Representative Tilton moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 62 be adopted. Representative Gara objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 62 be adopted?"
