Amendment No. 25 was offered by Representatives Reinbold, Sullivan-Leonard, Wilson, Talerico, Chenault, Tilton, Thompson, Saddler, and Eastman: Page 53, following line 6: Insert a new subsection to read: "(c) It is the intent of the legislature that no state funds be used for specialty memberships, except when authorized by law." Representative Reinbold moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 25 be adopted. Representative Seaton objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 25 be adopted?"
