And so, Amendment No. 15 was not adopted. Amendment No. 16 was offered by Representative Saddler: Page 59, lines 18 - 19: Delete "charter fisheries revolving loan fund (AS 16.10.801)" Insert "fishing revolving loan fund (AS 16.10.340)" Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 16 be adopted. Representative Ortiz objected. Representatives Millett, Kopp, and LeDoux moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and they were required to vote. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 16 be adopted?"
