Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 214 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment. HB 215 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the February 12 calendar (page 2403), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 215(FIN) "An Act relating to program receipts; and relating to fees for services provided by the Department of Health and Social Services." Representatives Eastman and Kawasaki moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and they were required to vote.
