RECONSIDERATION HB 165 Representative Chenault gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HB 165 (page 1029). Representative Chenault moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of HB 165 be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was before the House in third reading: HOUSE BILL NO. 165 "An Act relating to hiring for positions in state service based on substitution of military work experience or training for civilian work experience or training requirements." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HB 165 pass the House?"
