And so, the constitutional budget reserve fund appropriations in

Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll                                                             
call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the                                                              
effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                            
                                                                                                                                
The Chief Clerk notified the Senate.                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
The Senate adopted the Conference Committee report on June 22.                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
CCS HB 57 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and

Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that that the                                                             
provisions of Uniform Rule 47 regarding the carryover of bills and                                                              
resolutions be suspended to allow the House to consider HB 159 and                                                              
the accompanying title change resolution, SCR 101.  There being no                                                              
objection, it was so ordered.
