Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                  
journal for the 29th legislative day and House Journal Supplement                                                               
No. 7 of the first special session and the first through sixth legislative                                                      
days of the second special session be approved as certified by the

The following Governor's first supplemental proclamation dated

"Under the authority of Article II, Section 9, and Article III, Section                                                         
17, Constitution of the State of Alaska, and in the public interest, I am                                                       
supplementing my proclamation of June 16, 2017, calling the Thirtieth                                                           
Legislature of the State of Alaska into its second special session at                                                           
Juneau, Alaska, on June 16, 2017, with the addition of the following                                                            
bill:                                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
     1. SCS CSHB 159(FIN) - prescription of opioids, the controlled                                                             
         substance prescription database, and the Voluntary Nonopioid                                                           
         Directive Act.
