The question being: "Shall CSHB 108(JUD) pass the House?" HB 135 The following, which was held from the April 3 calendar (page 834), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 135(EDC) "An Act relating to school district participation in the school construction grant program." Representative Wilson moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 135(EDC) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
