CSHB 76(FSH) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment. HB 128 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 28 calendar (page 1266), was read the third time: HOUSE BILL NO. 128 "An Act relating to management of enhanced stocks of shellfish; authorizing certain nonprofit organizations to engage in shellfish enhancement projects; relating to application fees for salmon hatchery permits; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall HB 128 pass the House?"
