HB 76                                                                                                                         
The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 28                                                            
calendar (page 1265), was read the third time:                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 76(FSH)                                                                                               
    "An Act relating to the mariculture revolving loan fund and loans                                                           
    and grants from the fund; and providing for an effective date."                                                            
                                                                                                                                
Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
CSHB 76(FSH) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose                                                             
of considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so                                                            
ordered.
