Representative Tuck moved that the House waive Uniform Rule 42(a) and (b), and that the Speaker grant the House conferees on HB 59 powers of free conference under Uniform Rule 42(b) for the limited purpose of including amendments funding the recidivism reduction fund and providing for approval of the collective bargaining agreements for certain University of Alaska Anchorage employees provided for in CCS HB 59.
