Full Journal pdf2017-03-17 House Journal Page 0671 THIRD READING OF HOUSE BILLS HB 59 The following, which was not taken up on the March 16 calendar (page 625), was read the third time: HOUSE BILL NO. 59 "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date." Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 59 be returned to second reading for the specific purpose to adopt the Finance Committee substitute. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 59(FIN) (same title) Representative Reinbold objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 59(FIN) was automatically in third reading and will be in third reading on the March 20 calendar.
