And so, Amendment No. 58 was not adopted. Amendment No. 59 was offered by Representative Reinbold: Page 51, following line 6: Insert a new subsection to read: "(c) It is the intent of the legislature that no state funds be used for specialty memberships, except when authorized by law." Representative Reinbold moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 59 be adopted. Representative Seaton objected. Representative Millett lifted the call. Representative Reinbold placed a call of the House. The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 59 be adopted?"
