Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Chenault: Page 2, line 2, following "legislature.": Insert "All joint prime sponsors must sign all hearing and calendar requests that pertain to the bill." Representative Chenault moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Gara objected. Representative Johnston, who was excused (page 3057), left the Chamber. The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would recess until 4:00 p.m.; and so, the House recessed at 11:50 a.m. AFTER RECESS The Speaker called the House back to order at 4:08 p.m. Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that Representative Spohnholz be excused from a call of the House from today to 8:00 a.m., April 9. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
