Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 31(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment. UNFINISHED BUSINESS Representative Tuck moved that the House ratify the appointment of Joyce M. Anderson to the Select Committee on Legislative Ethics. Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw the motion. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
