2018-04-05 House Journal Page 3048 HB 267 The following, which was moved to the bottom of the calendar (page 3044), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 267(RES) "An Act requiring the release of certain records relating to big game hunters, guided hunts, and guided sport fishing activities to 2018-04-05 House Journal Page 3049 municipalities for verification of taxes payable; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall CSHB 267(RES) pass the House?" Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 267(RES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
