2017-05-01 House Journal Page 1292 HB 229 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 28 calendar (page 1267), was read the third time: HOUSE BILL NO. 229 "An Act relating to a bond or cash deposit required for an oil or gas business; relating to claims against an oil and gas business; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall HB 229 pass the House?" Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 229 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
