A message dated June 15 was read stating the Governor signed the                                                                
following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies to                                                         
the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 132(L&C)                                                                                              
    "An Act relating to transportation network companies and                                                                    
    transportation network company drivers; and providing for an
