CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 126(MLV) "An Act relating to workers' compensation benefits for members of the organized militia." Representative Saddler rose to a point of order, citing Section 43.5 of Mason's Manual. The Speaker ruled the point of order out of order. Representative Chenault gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 126(MLV).
