Representative Claman moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                    
reconsideration of CSHB 31(FIN) (page 898) be taken up on the same                                                              
day.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.

    "An Act relating to law enforcement training in domestic violence                                                           
    and sexual assault; relating to sexual assault investigation                                                                
    protocols; requiring an inventory and reports on untested sexual                                                            
    assault examination kits; and providing for an effective date."                                                            
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall CSHB 31(FIN) pass the
