Representative Tuck moved that the House waive Uniform Rule 42(c)                                                               
to allow a vote on a Free Conference Committee within 24 hours of                                                               
being distributed and to include an item not included in either version                                                         
of SB 23.                                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Representative Reinbold objected.
