A message dated October 5 was received stating the Governor read the                                                            
following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                             
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 10                                                                                                    
     Expressing the strong support of the House of Representatives for                                                          
     the Kodiak Seafood and Marine Science Center; and urging the                                                               
     University of Alaska to find a solution to keep the Kodiak                                                                 
     Seafood and Marine Science Center operating as a stable resource
