The roll was taken with the following result: SCS CSHB 234(L&C) Third Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bishop, Coghill, Costello, Dunleavy, Egan, Ellis, Gardner, Giessel, Hoffman, Huggins, Kelly, MacKinnon, McGuire, Meyer, Micciche, Olson, Stedman, Stevens, Stoltze, Wielechowski and so, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 234(L&C) passed the Senate and was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. SCR 26 Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent to take up SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 26, which had been held on the Secretary's desk (page 2563). Without objection, the resolution was before the Senate on final passage.
