The Health and Social Services Committee considered SENATE BILL                                                                 
NO. 72 "An Act relating to caregivers of patients after release or                                                              
departure from a hospital; and providing for an effective date" and                                                             
recommended it be replaced with                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 72(HSS) "An Act                                                                                
          relating to the discharge of patients from hospitals                                                                  
          and to caregivers of patients after discharge from a
