The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 58 "An                                                                   
Act relating to workers' compensation and transportation network                                                                
companies; and providing for an effective date" and recommended it                                                              
be replaced with                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 58(STA) "An Act                                                                                
          relating to transportation network companies and                                                                      
          drivers; relating to transportation network company                                                                   
          and driver automobile insurance; relating to workers'                                                                 
          compensation for horse carriage services and                                                                          
          transportation network company drivers; and
