The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 174 "An Act                                                                    
relating to the regulation of firearms and knives by the University of                                                          
Alaska" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 174(FIN) "An Act                                                                               
          relating to the regulation of firearms and knives by                                                                  
          the University of Alaska; and providing for an
