The Labor and Commerce Committee considered SENATE BILL                                                                         
NO . 148 "An Act relating to reporting of workplace injuries to the                                                             
division of labor standards and safety" and recommended it be                                                                   
replaced with                                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 148(L&C) "An Act                                                                               
          relating to the reporting of workplace injuries to the                                                                
          division of labor standards and safety; and providing
