The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 64(EDC) "An Act relating to school bond debt reimbursement; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" Senator Wielechowski objected. The question being: "Shall the effective date clauses be adopted?" Senator Wielechowski objected. The question being: "Shall the reconsideration be taken up on the same day?"
