Senator Dunleavy, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Education Committee Substitute offered on page 514. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 64(EDC) was adopted. Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Wielechowski moved that the bill be returned to second reading for the purpose of specific amendments, those being Amendments No. 1 and 2. Without objection, the bill was returned to second reading.
